As a General Medicines Head, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated multichannel campaigns for promoted portfolio products across the assigned region.

**_ Your Responsibilities_**:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

- Ensure comprehension of Product/Therapy Area strategy to select, customize and share global content to Local Operating Companies (LOCs).
- Liaise with the LOCs to design the customer journey strategy that will be in line with the country need by leveraging the existing product playbook.
- Provide specific mentoring to the customer experience responsible people in the LoC with regards to the promoted products in the private market and specific materials required in a tender set up.
- Develop the end to end portfolio marketing customer experience plan with LoC input based on available data and channel mix deliverables.
- Provide the Operations Hub with the plan by country/by product to be localized for each promotional cycle.
- Monitor the implementation of global campaign by channel in respective markets and take corrective actions to maximize utilization of globally available materials.

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing brand performance, defining pricing/channel strategies, and forecasting in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to craft high-impact customer experience plans tailored to local market needs.
- Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new pharmaceutical products, including pre-launch planning, market entry strategies, and post-launch analysis.
- English / Spanish proficiency.
