En esta posición, tu responsabilidad principal será impulsar las ventas de nuestra plataforma propietaria a través de varios canales, incluidos, pero no limitados a, campañas de correo electrónico, llamadas telefónicas, mercados en línea como Upwork y otros métodos innovadores. Serás el embajador principal de nuestro producto, interactuando con clientes potenciales, comprendiendo sus necesidades y presentando de manera efectiva los beneficios y características de nuestra plataforma.Responsabilidades clave: - Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas estratégicos para alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas. Identificar y captar clientes potenciales a través de esfuerzos proactivos de divulgación por correo electrónico, teléfono y otros medios relevantes. Realizar demostraciones y presentaciones del producto para mostrar la propuesta de valor de nuestra plataforma. Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, comprendiendo sus objetivos comerciales y alineando nuestras ofertas de productos para satisfacer sus necesidades. Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing para generar clientes potenciales y crear materiales de ventas convincentes. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria, las actividades de los competidores y los desarrollos del mercado para posicionar nuestra plataforma de manera efectiva en el mercado. Proporcionar retroalimentación al equipo de desarrollo de productos basada en interacciones con clientes para impulsar la mejora continua e innovación. Utilizar sistemas CRM y herramientas de ventas para rastrear el progreso, administrar clientes potenciales y optimizar el rendimiento de las ventas.Cualificaciones: - Experiência comprobada en ventas, con un historial exitoso de alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas. Fuerte comprensión de varias técnicas y canales de ventas, incluido el marketing por correo electrónico, las llamadas en frío y los mercados en línea. Conocimiento de los conceptos y terminología de TI, con la capacidad de articular características técnicas para audiencias no técnicas. Experiência previa o antecedentes en desarrollo de software es una ventaja, proporcionando una comprensión más profunda del producto.
