You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.
**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them.
- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales.
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
- Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.
- Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration.
**Your background**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer.
- 8+ years of experience in sales of medium voltage equipment.
- Knowledge of medium and low voltage equipment. Reading and analysis of single lines.
- Availability to travel.
- English Advanced Level.
