Salonero/a - Waitress

**Your main functions will be**: Receiving orders through the platforms used in the restaurant (Pedidos Ya, website).Sending orders as appropriate.Customer service via telephone, whatsapp or social networks.Keeping a record of calls made through the computerized system.Maintain records about your area and sales to customers.Perform daily cash closing.Reporting activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly sales analysis.Possess self-confidence, positive mindset, with the ability to manage territories effectively.Understanding of the sales process and its dynamics from inception to close.Experience using computers and the internet for a variety of tasks.Office skills (Excel and Word Intermediate - Advanced).Intermediate to Advanced English language proficiency, hold a conversation in English with a customer, explain the menu, understand customer needs and take orders.Cleaning of work area and room (at the beginning and end of shift)Inventory of supplies (cutlery, beverages, packaging bags).In exchange for your commitment, we offer you: Excellent working environment.Competitive salaryStable position with real possibilities for professional development.Requirements: Education: Studies in Gastronomy, Hospitality or Tourism.
