HRis Analyst

Perform duties including configuration, testing, data mapping, maintaining security, creating reports and queries, training users, etc. Specifically participating in UAT testing through multiple phases of testing. Monitor system functionality and performance to ensure standards are met. Document and track product defects and coordinate problem resolution with development and/or product vendors.

Maintain a detailed understanding of the HR business processes, systems, infrastructure, and integration points between HR systems. Regularly consult with business representatives to understand the root cause of process problems or inefficiencies and to identify and drive improvement opportunities. Maintain documentation for all assigned cases; ensure documentation is thorough and complete; develop user manuals and training materials to describe system functionality. Perform routine day-to-day assignments under general supervision.

May handle some unusual issues independently, but predominately consults with senior staff on such issues. Demonstrate analytical skill to research solutions/alternatives and arrive at sound conclusions; uses and expands knowledge of known resources. Handle several tasks simultaneously; prioritize work independently; use time effectively. Knowledge and Experience: Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Must be skilled in use of analytical tools including Excel. Must be able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and process documents. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) with speaking and writing.
