Provide and support HR Operations with HRConnect and OBIEE reports to support new projects and initiative with analysis of facts and data. Build and support the operation with dashboards to detect trends and work on enhancements of the processes or systems. Build and support business partners and key stakeholders with dashboards and relevant trends, providing real time insights for optimized decision making. Monitor projects from initiation, design, planning, execution, and completion, sometimes with tight deadlines.

Invoicing reconciliation from our vendors and suppliers to send to Finance for payment. Comply with the SLA (service level, response time) of business requests regarding mass requests. Prepare surveys for the operation and provide data analysis information to the operation, when needed and in collaboration with operations leads. Support interfaces as well as process improvement to reduce risks.

Qualifications Excellent customer service focus and manner. Previous customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills. Strong learning agility for new processes and systems.

Ability to work well in a team environment, seeking the ideas of others and valuing differing perspectives. Ability to work independently with low supervision. Ability to analyze and solve problems in a timely manner and take initiative to make processes and programs better. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to pivot quickly while bringing assignments to completion.

Must be detail-oriented and identify when data-related issues need to be escalated Ability to deal with ambiguity and maintain objectivity under pressure. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work with diverse audiences and manage effective relationships. Proficiency in Analytics and automation tools (such as Power Automate, PowerBi, UiPath, Tableau, etc.) Strong data visualization & storytelling through PowerPoint, Canva, or any other tools Advanced MS Office and Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, combine multiple functions, macros, graphs).

Knowledge of Oracle HRIS system (PUI) is a plus Additional Details Work shift : Monday to Friday - Business hours. Contract-type: Full-Time Permanent. Location: Costa del Este, Panamá.
