As XML’s HR Operations Administrator you are an integral part of our global team. This dynamic, fast paced and diverse role requires you to support both internal and external stakeholders. Providing an exceptional customer service experience, seamless processing of requests, practical solutions and advice within a timely manner.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Important note:  This role will be servicing our LATAM based clients and therefore the roles hours will align with LATAM working hours. 


- Requesting and processing pre-employment checks. 
- Undertaking inductions, including briefing new colleagues of relevant company policies.
- Create correspondences associated with HR Operations including:  
- Probationary reviews. 
- Salary reviews. 
- Parental leave.
- Leavers. 
- Creation and distribution of relevant documents, when required.
- Manage queries and maintain accurate records for HR self-service systems. 
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting to support core HR processes. 
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Liaising between internal stakeholders to resolve the queries. 
- Regular follow ups on open tickets / requests. 
QUALIFCATIONS AND QUALITIES:

- Possess a HR Qualification or 1 year of HR generalist experience.
- Able to operate autonomously and work effectively as a part of the wider operations team.
- Deadline-focused and able to prioritise workload effectively.
- Experienced with managing a sizeable workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Self-motivated, forward thinking and tenacious.
- Fluent in English. Possess strong communication skills, with the honed ability to work with a variety of different people, on a global scale, at different levels both internally and externally.
- Demonstratable high sense of ownership and urgency to get the job done, with a proven history of delivering upon the objectives and goals of the business.
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and compliance with current legislation. 
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). 
- Proven experience using HRI systems.
