**SUMMARY**: ILCs receive orders from International Sales Offices and release to the appropriate factory and coordinate shipments with the factory, freight forwarder and customer, including invoicing daily/weekly. Continually communicate order status either directly or through order status report information.The Order Management processes related to intercompany transactions flowing through the Panama Hub. This associate must receive and review purchase orders (manual orders or through the system), and process (or validate the orders are being processed) them to the corresponding manufacturing/inventory source following the applicable ERP’s.The associate must ensure OTC visibility and approval of the transactions and actively follow up the order flow so the Customer Service/Business/Sales Representative have enough information to validate that the goods and documentation arrive at destination in the quantity and specification required. Provides information and/or reports to support forecasting & reporting activities.
