The Site Tech Lead will be responsible to oversee IT infrastructure at a site working closely with CH Tech Support services including third providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage Site Tech operational issues including escalations
- Own & manage site elements of Risk, Quality and Compliance management for Tech services.
- Collaborate with Site Business teams such as Engineering & Lab areas on issues or projects with dependencies on OT/IT infrastructure.
- Partner with Central Tech services to leverage shared service provision to site.
- Understands the Strategic Tech Applications and the Support Services to maximize the value created.
- Assure Business Continuity through the regular maintenance and testing of Critical Application Continuity Plans including Disaster recovery.
- Control Lifecycle Management for services owned by Site Tech
- Manage Opex related to Site specific Tech projects (resource or service-related expenses)
- Ensure validation lifecycle documentation is implemented in accordance with change management processes and regulatory expectations for systems.
- Support key Tech and Site priorities including identification of new technologies.
- Seeing different perspectives on issues and usually being able to generate alternative options. Valuing alternative options for the way forward suggested by others.
- Seeking to raise levels of performance by establishing an improvement process, or setting specific, measurable targets and goals linked to HALEON business needs.
- Taking a one-off, specific action to raise value to customers by meeting a specific customer request or solving an immediate customer problem.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer systems or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent role preferably in regulated manufacturing environment, pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer goods.
- Advanced English proficiency.
