If you have **3 YEARS** of experience in the full recruitment cycle, assessment, and selection of IT profiles, and have knowledge in:
- Management of the main job boards.
- Competency-based interviews.
- Creation of market research reports.
- Understanding the main profiles in service companies, consulting firms, and IT integrators (Developers, QA, Data Engineers, PMs, Technical Leaders, Scrum Masters, etc.).
