Program Management IT Senior Advisor

**Descripción**: Nível de Ingles Avanzado RESPONSIBILITIES Manages multiple projects, typically in single functional area, or a moderately complex project Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for Process Improvements and/or Application Reliability Management Provides performance feedback to leaders of project team members Works under direction of IT Senior Managers and/or more senior Project Managers Has extensive interaction with internal customers (i.e., Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts, etc.) and limited interaction with senior business leadershipEssential Requirements Advanced fluent English, must be able to speak and/or present to all levels of the organizat 6+ years of advanced data reporting, data visualization, and executive dashboard creation. Extensive SQL experience including stored procedures, complex joins, creation of views, database scripting and performance tuning. Strong BI tool experience and knowledge (Power BI preferred) Possess strong analytical reasoning skills with the ability to recognize and evaluate facts, to objectively analyze situations, and to synthesize and organize data/information from multiple sources and highlight salient facts. Robust communications, presentation and data visualization skills, ability create powerful presentations/deliverables through charts, graphs, or other dashboard style reporting; ability to interact effectively with the senior leadership team, help tell the story behind the data and provide leadership with actionable dashboards to run the business Analytical skills: strong problem-solving skills to properly deconstruct the problem and determine viable solution options using data as a guide, experience in data analysis and reporting; strong attention to details, logical approach to thinking through problems and complex issues, able to conduct root/cause analysis Strong MS-Office skills, including Excel, Word, Access, Visio and PowerPoint.
