What's The Role? The Digital Performance Business Analyst role aims to collect and review eCommerce data and use findings across all parts of the digital funnel to create insightful presentations and documents to drive business strategies and decisions. This individual will use creativity and critical communication skills to request information of the proper data sources, review, and validate data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and use findings to suggest strategies to improve digital eCommerce performance, processes and practices, and increase efficiency, quality with our reporting. You will also create reports and presentations and summarize complex information.

To be a successful analyst, you should be focused on translating complex numerical data into clear visuals, connect dots and produce material for the managerial level decision making. You should be analytical, collaborative, communicative, and detail-oriented. What You'll Do Support of performance Manager. Director and the Digital Chief Officer in creation of quarterly materials, sales evolution presentations, business cases, competitor insights, and data searches Ad hoc analysis to include target, data queries, market trends, sales, eCommerce key ratios and KPIs.

Providing accurate and timely eCommerce sales performance reporting. Develop easy-to-read analytic reports. Ability to express complex analytical and technical information to peer performance analysts, OPCOs analysts, and leaders in the central team and the subsidiaries. Identify opportunities that will drive improvements in digital performance, goals, measurements and analysis not only for the central team but also for the Opcos.

Works effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills across all levels of management. Knowledge & Experience: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience including modeling, pivot tables, macros, executive and/or client presentations. Experience in data visualization (Power BI / Tableau / Thinkcell) is a plus Knowledge/understanding of eCommerce sales and customer care in retail, financial services, or Telco industries.

Experience working in cross-functional, international teams 5 years of experience, ideally 1-3 in management consulting, sales & marketing, commercial/go to market, business operations roles. Experience in a strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or a management consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, Booz, EY, Accenture, Kearney, etc.) is a plus. English and Spanish Skills & Abilities: High level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under pressuring deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in with the ability to effectively influence and communicate with executive leadership and clients Strategic thinker with superior analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into meaningful stories and insights Strong communication and story-telling skills in presenting ideas and analysis to various audience levels Work well under pressure as a self-starter with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing and growing environment Liaise between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill strategic and operational needs Lead meetings, track + manage action items, and provide project status reporting to management Intellectually curious and interested in learning new skills and capabilities, e.g., new frameworks Preferred education/ qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or other business-related field Who We Are We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands VTR, Flow, Liberty, Ms Mvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
