**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

Perform the medical equipment configurations for all LATAM markets, in accordance with the customer’s needs. Work together with the Modality Sales Specialist to define the right configuration. Work with different stakeholders in GBS to meet the procedures stablished and follow up the WI for sales operations.

**You are responsible for**
- Perform configuration of Philips Medical Equipment, based on customer requirements
- Work with database and Informatic Technologies systems to make the configuration of medical equipment
- As a Global Business System based in Panama, help Commercial team area in develop final customer quotations
- Direct contact with commercial team (Product Specialists) for knowledge and improvements of Philips equipment
- Understanding and adherence to the procedures established in Sales Operations and GBS
- Keep communication with key stakeholders and internal areas within GBS to obtain information related to medical equipment configuration.
- Perform configuration of Philips Medical Equipment, based on customer requirements

**You are a part of**

A team responsible for leading operational execution, reducing complexity, and increasing efficiencies as the in-house team that continuously improves performance to better support our customers.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within medical devices or regulated industry
- Detail Oriented
- Proactive
- English skills are required
- MS Excel proficiency
