Lead the execution of medium-size and/or complex to large projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments. May support the local management in overseeing team development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution, especially in smaller units. May carry accountability for a portfolio of projects.

Internal Projects Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Manage the relationship with the client and establish lines of communication.
- Establish policy, strategy and set objectives to meet contractual requirements.
- Establish the resource strategy to perform the work according to the client's expectations.
- Organize internal communication to all project personnel in accordance with ABB policy.
- Implement all changes in the scope of work and incorporate them into the project costs and schedule.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related.
- Experience in electrical area.
- PMP certificate.
- Knowledge of Project management (5 years).
- 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English level.
