Position Overview:
The Talent Sr. Partner is responsible for partnering directly with the OS Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager to provide recruitment support in key stakeholders and mid/senior levels roles across the OneSource Panama organization, in alignment with ELC’s vision of becoming the “best home for talent”. As part of the OneSource Talent Acquisition team, you will be a driving force behind our external talent attraction, sourcing, and engagement strategy through leveraging various knowledge and technologies.

You will join a highly driven and innovative team that will encourage and allows you to create, test, and drive different sourcing strategies, methodologies, tactical practices, tools, technologies, and more. This role must be able to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to organize and prioritize based on a rapidly changing and growing environment.

You will be responsible for:
**Recruiting**
- Identify, evaluate and present new recruitment sources and networking opportunities that will generate quality, diverse applicants
- Directly source talent by utilizing a variety of techniques, tools, and sourcing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the employment market (start-up, marketing agencies, etc.) to best educate the business and recruiting team
- Support TA Sr. Manager with the GAP analysis to understand how ELC fares against competitors
- Monitor, track, record and communicate key market development in our markets/business and functions. i.e. key people move, and company updates

**Stakeholder Management**
- Provides consultation to the business on the roles and responsibilities of all partners and stakeholders in the recruiting process
- Provide weekly sourcing activity report to include metrics, sourcing plans, priorities, and initiatives.
- Participate in meetings with the broader Talent Acquisition team to discuss new requisitions, priority postings, and confidential searches
- Maintain data integrity in systems and tools and follow up with internal/external stakeholders on the Talent Assessments (completion, results, etc.)
- Provide support and coordination in the recruitment process including interview scheduling and coordination as needed

**Hiring**
- Support with onboarding for all new hires, ensuring all documents are received accurately to create and maintain employee files
- Partner with global mobility and HR Operations supporting with the collection of documents needed to file for visas for SEM Employees

**TA Initiatives**
- Subject matter expert and have an indirect oversight of some Talent Acquisitions initiatives (with local or global impact)
- Responsible for leading operational execution initiatives that will reduce complexity and increase efficiencies as the in-house team that continuously improves performance to better support our customers.
- Co-lead University Teams groups and Employer Branding activities to attract the best talent in the market
- Update & create TA policies based on business and market needs.
- Indirectly assists in coaching junior team members (TA Partners)
- Special Point of contact for all HeadHunter services when needed for special projects with high volume.

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer service mindset and the following:

- Bilingual in English is mandatory
- 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; Good listening skills.
- Demonstrated experience to communicate research findings that influence the direction of the search strategy through methodologies such as talent and market mapping
- Strong organizational, follow-up skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and drive to completion.
- Sourcing experience with special emphasis on using unique sourcing skills and recruitment practices to identify, engage, and convert the best talent into Company employees.
- Experience in TA systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs (Taleo & HireVue are strongly preferred)
- A strong understanding of search strings and sourcing tools (LinkedIn)
- Comfortable with ambiguity. A positive attitude, flexibility, and resilience in facing multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Influencing skills - the ability to quickly establish credibility and effectively manage others through influence.
