**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Salesforce Junior Administrator, under the direction of the Director of IT, is responsible for providing Tier 1 level support for Salesforce to A-LIGN's internal user community. You will be responsible for user management activities and report and dashboard creation tasks in this role. You will also participate in all User Acceptance Testing efforts for new features.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide Tier 1 Support for end-user Salesforce requests
- Create scheduled reports
- Create dashboards
- Create alerts and systematic notifications
- Manage user access (authorization)
- Create technical documentation under the guidance of the Senior Salesforce Administrators
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Handle system onboarding and offboarding
- Create fields on existing objects

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**EDUCATION**
- 2-year degree in a technology or business-related field

**EXPERIENCE**
- 1 year of experience with Salesforce

**SKILLS**
- Work within a team and provide support to others when needed
- Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
- Ability to analyze objects and build custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce
- Support end users to meet SLAs
- Ability to Multi-task and provide updates to end users
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with system error codes and provide root cause analysis
- Learn and adapt with changing technologies and keep up to date with Salesforce releases
