**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Salesforce Senior Administrator, under the direction of the Director of IT, is responsible for providing Tier 2 level support for Salesforce to A-LIGN's internal user community. In this role, you will be responsible for providing input on the design, development and testing of, new Salesforce-based business processes. This role also supports the remediation of Tier 2 and Tier 3 user issues.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide Tier 2 Support for end user Salesforce requests
- Design and create reports and dashboards
- Design and create alerts and systematic notifications
- Create technical design and support documentation
- Provide QA support for Salesforce projects
- Design and create custom objects and fields to support active projects
- Design and create flows and automation within the system to innovate current business processes

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**EDUCATION**
- 4-year degree in technology or business-related field

**EXPERIENCE**
- 3+ years of managing a Salesforce instance with elevated privileges

**SKILLS**
- Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
- Automate business processes within Salesforce via flows
- Document processes via Visio and Word
- Participate in multiple projects at once
- Analyze processes for improvement
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with system error codes and provide root cause analysis
- Learn and adapt with changing technologies and keep up to date with Salesforce releases
