What's The Role? To turn the LLA fixed connectivity and entertainment roadmaps into real, launched products with excellent customer experiences, providing LLA’s opcos with world-class services in terms of customer experience, cost, and opportunity with broad portfolio on all entertainment/video and in-home connectivity experiences What You'll Do Build the definition of IP STB and in-home connectivity products, functional specification, user experience, service levels and device design Work with all regional, local, LG and external stakeholders to fully productize solution. Ensure launch process and Business readiness with key areas inside every local operation, including Product Offer, Content, Marketing, CRM configuration, Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, Billing, Revenue Assurance, Engineering, Support, Reporting, IT, Procurement, Call Center, Field Ops, Regulation, Legal, Advanced Analytics, etc. Lead product management for new product introduction with local and regional areas Coordinate all the phases of product deployment: OFT and readiness to launch (in coordination with Product Quality team) Ensure product meets requirements criteria of all local and LLA stakeholders, as well as quality standards Manage the Minimum Viable Product definition for launch, and phasing to protect the scope, cost and time to market, in agreement with local product teams Manage CAPEX and OPEX for the project, spend and forecasting, coordinating with internal/ external task owners in coordination with E&C Budget Management area.
Implement process and train respective teams to drive the product Knowledge & Experience: 3+ years of demonstrable experience of video product development and deployment in the Telco industry 3+ years of experience in management of complex, multiyear, Hi-Tech projects 1+ years of proven experience engaging effectively with and presenting to executive and senior level management Skills & Abilities: Proven product design and development capability in video and in-home connectivity services at a strong technical level. Ability to mitigate risk and manage uncertainty Market product deployment and launch 1+M USD budget tracking, forecast and management Ability to work with technical and business counterparts Executive communication and presentations Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach. Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice. Timeliness in all actions with quality consciousness towards services received and provided.
