What the role isSelina is looking for a Commercial Cost Controller / Budget Planner to manage the commercial customer acquisition cost tracking process and monitor channel performance within and outside the Strategic Business Planning Department and overall B2C Team. This is a role for a passionate, data-driven, highly organized and technical savvy analyst.

You are a hard worker, diligent, process oriented with incredible communication skills, who gets things doneWhat you will be doingTrack revenue from commercial channels vs. actual spend and budgeted customer acquisition costs to monitor channel performanceAnalyze financial data and provide insights on the performance (ROI) of commercial initiatives across channels, countries and locationsCoordinate with relevant third parties, B2C, Strategy and Finance teams to ensure reporting processes are moving forward and build trust with the teams, and ensure that all cost centers are reconciled on a monthly basis, with the proper treatment of invoicing and POsDevelop and implement new reports, processes and workflow for various areas as they pertain to the B2C teamWork cross-functionally, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibilityIdentify bottlenecks and propose solutions that enable all stakeholders to work efficiently.Support team on data visualization projects including building dashboards and tools to support all areas of the Data TeamAggregate data from various sources to construct streamlined data pipelines and integrate data from multiple Selina systems.Identify key business levers, establish cause & effect, perform analyses, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.Bridge data across various departments including B2C, Operations, Finance, Product, Strategy & more.Participate in special projects/initiatives: innovate and implement large-scale quality improvements to processes and/or systems by conducting data analysis and making recommendations.Work closely with data and BI tools as well as spreadsheets and constantly improve them with new automation, processes and workflows.What you need for the roleBachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Math, Statistics, Finance or related field.Strong SQL and Excel skills.Experience with one or multiple of the following will be highly desirable; Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simpler terms, and effectively influence both peers and senior leadership.Both technology and business-oriented.Ability to multitask under pressure.Independent, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, highly organized, proactive and dynamic.Quick learner, collaborates well in a team environment.An innovative and out-of-the-box thinker.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Ability to perform data analysis, actively manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines and consistently deliver quality insights and results.A creative problem solver, a master of multitasking.Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative working style.Superb organizational skills: spreadsheet enthusiast, workflows, methodological, well-organized, process and detail oriented.Consultative approach and a proven ability to identify problem areas, trends and opportunities combined with an ability to confidently drive recommended actions with stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent knowledge of Excel, BI tools (SQL preferred)Analytical skills and data-driven thinking, including knowledge of financial and marketing tools.Independent, self-motivated, driven, team player.Low and High Skill Wellness DeliveryStaff who are wellness-focused and have a passion themselves (or hold a qualification) can deliver a wellness activity in the location for our Luna Loyalty Program.
