Full-Stack Javascript Developer

Lead backend development efforts, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of developers. Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with other team leads and stakeholders. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Communicate effectively with non-technical staff, including providing clear and concise technical documentation.
**Requirements Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development. Proficient in backend development with Node.js and experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Strong front-end development skills using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience leading a development team or managing projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
