This person will oversee all the content, programming design and execution at the location, coordinate with appropriate internal and external parties, manage the required staff and work in partnership with the Location Team in creating the environment for meaningful connections and sense of community.What you will be doingProgramming [50%]Own unit-level diverse programming (F&B, Events, Wellness, Cowork, etc.) ? 3 month lead timePlanning, researching partners & third parties, curate and lead operational elements of programming, as necessaryCommunication and promoting of programming activities through network and Selina channelsEnsure all Products are well represented Owner of Music: playlists, volume, etcCulture & Experience [30%]Blueprint activation, initiatives, measurement and action plansOwn Brand Index at the property levelMonitor results of VoC Program for location with appropriate actionManage local community relations and Selina Gives Back program at the unit levelPartnerships [20%]Unit-level Content Partnerships to support content and programmingResearch, develop partnerships and curate Retail and Tours & Transport functions for the location.Based on occupancy, and size/type of property, the Destination Manager may be undertaking Front-of-house duties.What you need for the roleExperienceExperience in programming and marketing of eventsExperience in event organizationExperience in team management roles (preferred)Experience in managing community relationsKnowledgeMarketing principlesEvent design and coordinationFluent in English and local languageMicrosoft Office ProficientBrand managementTime managementLow and High Skill Wellness DeliveryStaff who are wellness-focused and have a passion themselves (or hold a qualification) can deliver a wellness activity in the location for our Luna Loyalty Program.
