**Job Summary**:
This position is base in Panama City, PA.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

**What you will do**:
As an Accounting Expert RtR (Record to Report), you will:

- Drive and monitor various activities in line with the Standard Accounting Timetable and internal procedures, related to the specific area of accounting sub process.
- Follow and give feedback to team members to optimize performance.
- Share business knowledge.
- Support the organization of activities, anticipate delays, and solve issues.
- Maintain a permanent contact with suppliers, colleagues, manager, and departments.
- Stimulate understanding and cooperation across department boarders.
- Give assistance and support to special flows, markets/factories analyses and financial issues.
- Be proactive and anticipate delays and issues, close relationship with markets along with group financial control in Switzerland.
- Continuous Improvement - Suggest and drive changes to business process and structures to achieve high performance in terms of speed, cost & quality of financial management report.
- Involvement and responsibilities as a Bex for NCSP project.
- Open in learning / using new technologies such as Power, BI, Knime and others.

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or controlling.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience in an international accounting department.
- Previous experience in developing and executing automation processes for cross function tasks.
- SAP and Excel skills.
- Fluent English level written and verbal.
- Skills as drive, receptive to change, strong communication, team player.
