Workshop Manager

Coordinate and Plan the daily, weekly and monthly workflow to ensure the company stays on track with deliveries. Supervision and Management of Warehouse workers. Manage and organize the inventory in the warehouse. Withdrawing stock for job cards. Assembly and testing of all valves, actuators, solenoids, positioners, switchboxes, proximity switches, tubing and pneumatic circuits etc. Maintenance and repair of our OEM products. (Strip and quote basis) Implement Quality Control and Conduct Visual Inspection of Valves and other goods. Assist with Packaging of goods for delivery. Ensure all work is conducted in a safe manner. Building, Machinery and Vehicle Maintenance Planning and Management. Manage good housekeeping of the warehouse. Collect or Deliver goods. Delivery notes and GRN.

**Requisitos**:
Understanding of Panamanian labor laws and health and safety requirements in the Workshop/Storage facility environment. Experience in production planning and stock management. A valid forklift license is a bonus, but not required. Must have technical background and experience with mechanical equipment and tools. Experience with Instrumentation / Electronics / Pneumatics / Hydraulics is advantageous Must be able to coordinate / manage basic maintenance of workshop equipment and lifting equipment Termination of High School Bachiller (Provide certificate and marks) Formal training will be advantageous, for example, if the person received formal training in work flow management, production planning, health and safety related training, completed a mechanical apprenticeship. Fluent english (written and spoken) Microsoft Office knowledge
