Support the day to day Panama commercial team.Incumbent handles details of a confidential nature, and performs administrative functions based on understanding of functional guidelines and proceduresThe Caribbean and Central America (CCA) is one of Diageo's most diverse and profitable markets. It is the number 1 market in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) in terms of profitability, both in absolute and margin terms, and close to number 2 in terms of NSV.

Globally, we are the second most profitable market for Diageo, after North America.Our route to market is achieved through a combination of 12 major Free Trade Zone & Border customers, and more than 30 key Distributor Partners. We also manage several co-packing partnerships throughout the region, and Panama is home to our innovation technology center and principal warehousing operations.The 37 countries that comprise CCA boast a cumulative population of 77 million people who speak a range of languages including English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Creole, Patois and numerous other native languages. There is a significant and growing emerging middle class (EMC) population across what are relatively young, but broadly stabilizing, democracies.Main responsibilities: Is responsible for office budget administrationCommercial budget & resources follow upUnderstands T&E policy and proceduresResources management (budget / claims, TPM tool, POP materials)Support local commercial team for field visitsResponsible for the logistics and coordination of team and regional functional meetings( CAP Workshop, distributor conference, Convention's CCA)Anticipates and prepares materials needed for conferences, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc.Keeps record of expenses compared to budget.Manage the local Purchase Order to Payment process to include issuance of PO's; Verification of Invoices to PO's; Gathering authorization signatures.Adhoc requests as requiredQualifications: Very good organization skills, able to prioritizeDetail oriented, focused on results, very responsible.Strong team player4 years administrative experience working for top level executives, preferably at multinational companies and managing multi managers.Experience in resource and budget managementHighly proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Database management desirable.Excellent communication (oral and written) in English and Spanish is required.Self-starter, with experience in managing projects and solving issuesDynamic, proactive, able to multitask.Able to work comfortably at a fast-pace, high-performance environment.Very good interpersonal skills.Ability to interact effectively and confidently at all levels within the organization and with external contacts.
