Panama Diebold Nixdorf A tiempo completo

**Resumen del puesto**:
Diebold Nixdorf es un líder mundial en el desarrollo y la fabricación de productos de venta al por menor/bancos. Actualmente estamos buscando un Técnico de Servicio de Campo Intermedio. Se espera que realice instalaciones intermedias y reparaciones menores en todos los productos y servicios de Diebold Nixdorf. Esto incluye limpiezas programadas y otro mantenimiento intermedio en productos convencionales como cerraduras, cajas fuertes, etc., así como trabajos de proyectos especiales, según sea necesario. Este puesto puede requerir el uso de herramientas manuales básicas e intermedias, piezas limitadas y un amplio conocimiento de PC, periféricos de PC y conectividad de red. Instalar, depurar y proporcionar mantenimiento técnico para el hardware y el software de los productos y componentes dentro del área de responsabilidad asignada, principalmente en las instalaciones del cliente.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Tratamiento de incidencias: Realizar la resolución de problemas mediante el análisis detallado de los fallos de HW y SW con el uso de todas las herramientas de diagnóstico disponibles. Esto incluye la reparación del HW a nível de componentes, la limpieza y el ajuste de los componentes mecánicos y la configuración e instalación del SW.
- Mantenimiento preventivo: Realizar comprobaciones rutinarias de acuerdo con los procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo documentados y rellenar los consumibles según las indicaciones.
- Realizar la instalación, el movimiento, la adición, el cambio y la eliminación de productos y componentes de hardware y software según las indicaciones.
- Formación de clientes: Instruir y formar a los clientes en el uso y funcionamiento del HW y SW instalado.
- Procesar tareas: Recibir información sobre incidentes y pedidos de la función de despacho. Informar a la función de despacho de todos los problemas imprevistos.
- Informar detalladamente de todas las actividades realizadas. Informar proactivamente a los clientes sobre las acciones realizadas.
- Proceso de mejora continua: Observar los problemas técnicos o de proceso en todo momento, informar proactivamente sobre los problemas potenciales y ofrecer sugerencias de mejora si es posible.
- Utilizar activamente las herramientas y procesos corporativos para el intercambio de conocimientos, por ejemplo, la base de conocimientos para encontrar soluciones y aportarlas.
- Formación: Participar en cursos regulares de formación sobre hardware y software (en el puesto de trabajo, en el aula y en la web) de acuerdo con el concepto de formación de la empresa y recibir la certificación tras superar la prueba correspondiente.

**Cualificaciones necesarias**:

- Historia probada de más de 1 año de Técnico de Servicio con experiência en banca/minorista.
- Formación completada con éxito en una profesión relacionada con la informática o la mecatrónica/electrónica.
- En casos individuales es posible asignar el trabajo a un empleado, si los conocimientos profesionales esenciales son adquiridos por la experiência laboral.
- Conocimientos de informática y buen conocimiento y aplicación de las herramientas y métodos pertinentes.
- Capacidad para levantar y mover cargas pesadas, estar de pie la mayor parte del día, trepar, agacharse y agacharse mientras se trabaja con el equipo.
- Aceptación de la exposición a los elementos externos.
- Adaptabilidad a los turnos, lo que incluiría una rotación de guardia para las noches y los fines de semana.
- Se necesitan habilidades basicas de servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para organizar e inventariar las piezas y herramientas de maletin técnico asignado.
- Sentido de urgencia, capacidad de organización, buena presentación profesional, capacidad de expresión oral y trabajo en equipo.
- Disponible para participar en los exámenes médicos periódicos.

**Cualificaciones deseables**:

- Preferible experiência laboral en primera línea o como técnico de servicio.
- Se prefiere la formación profesional/el oficio.
- Conocimiento de productos del sector pertinente y conocimientos básicos de Tecnología de la informacion.
