- Entering service calls and managing schedules. Entering information to the service fusion portal.
- **Research**: Conduct research on a wide range of topics, compile information, and present findings to the client.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems as necessary.
- **Customer Support**: Provide support to customers or clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in Spanish or bilingual settings.
- **Project Management**: Assist in project management tasks, including coordinating and tracking tasks and deadlines.
- **Personal Assistance**: Provide personal support to the client, which may include tasks like shopping, booking personal appointments, or managing personal calendars.

**Qualifications**:
