**Implementation of Category Management projects with major trading partners of the channels for the purpose of strategic cooperation (Category Partners) to maximize category potential and increase the efficiency and effectiveness in the context of CATMAN projects continuously.**:
**What are we looking for?**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar. MBA Prefer, optimally with Economics.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in strategic insights, analytics roles. Recommended professional experience in Sales, Customer Marketing/Category Management and Marketing. Languages: Fully bilingual (English/Spanish). Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required. Systems: Must possess computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Nielsen knowledgeable. Must have the ability to multi-task and have meticulous attention to detail

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Initiating and controlling category-, channel-, and custom research studies and analysis for the identification of potential and maintaining an outstanding class expertise in channel assigned.
- Implementation of customer or channel-specific optimization proposals and consulting concepts regarding assortment, placement, pricing & promotions.
- Acquisition and implementation of category management projects, processes/analyzes in the category.
- Development of customer or channel-specific category concepts/strategies based on the category role of the customer in terms of selection, placement and promotion with Key Account Managers & Customer Marketing.
- Main contact of Sales Function in Category affairs for the channel/market, regular participation in customer team meetings.
- Close cooperation with the Key Account Managers and Customer Marketing in developing Custom potential analyzes and "selling stories" to increase revenue potential exhaustion.
- Independent project management
- control of internal analysis processes to increase the distribution/availability and the range of productivity Mars portfolios in the market
