As a Supply Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply operations by proactively monitoring and analyzing our publisher portfolio's performance. Your primary responsibility will be to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to our account managers, helping them optimize their campaigns and maximize revenue.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Publisher Portfolio Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of our publisher portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for improving targeting and increasing price points for marketers.
- **Integration and Compliance Monitoring**:

- Keep a close eye on integration and compliance requests.
- Follow up on delayed processes to ensure efficient and timely resolution.
- **Account Growth Initiatives**:

- Collaborate with account managers to identify areas of growth within existing accounts.
- Provide recommendations and strategies to enhance revenue and engagement.
- **Data Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present performance data and trends.
- Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to extract actionable insights.
- **Independence and Adaptability**:

- Work independently to manage tasks and responsibilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced industry, adapting to evolving strategies and technologies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Analytics or related majors
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
- Software experience with HubSpot or SalesForce is a plus
- Software experience with Google Analytics or other tracking software.
- Experience in analytics of performance-based online marketing models (e.g.: CPA, CPL, CPC).
- Detail-oriented and organized - you don’t need someone to follow up with to get an update, you got this
- Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced industry and open to learning and growth.
