Obligatorios:_**
- Dominio avanzado tanto del inglés como del español (verbal y escrito).
- Tres años o más de experiência laboral.
- Capacidad para comprender y adaptarse a la cultura y demandas del cliente norteamericano.
- Alguna Experiência en gestión de proyectos | _3 - 18 Meses_ | (Coordinación, soporte, manejo de eventos, etc) - lo que busca el equipo de Dell es que conozcan los conceptos del manejo de un proyecto (presupuesto, calendario, cronograma, fecha de inicio y finalización) y si han sido parte de inicio a fin en un proyecto

Preferibles_**
- Experiência Coordinando/facilitando las comunicaciones entre los clientes y los recursos críticos en el equipo del proyecto.
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente; competente en trabajar con clientes y ser un representante externo.
- Capacidad para gestionar y priorizar el tiempo y los recursos para cumplir con los requisitos de servicio al cliente.
- Habilidad para influir y persuadir a otros.
- Flexibilidad para aprender y ser proactivo.
