**You are responsible for**

The purpose of the CS Specialist role is to ensure the smooth operation of the Service business by identifying areas of improvement related to resource optimization, productivity and continuous quality mindset.

Provide operational solutions by analyzing, problem solving, collaborating and executing against a plan to improve the operation or process within the customer service organization.


**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Currently pursuing a Industrial Engineer / Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree or related fields
- Strong interest in developing yourself as a marketing professional
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Responsible, proactive, autonomous and committed
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, be organized and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
