**What you will do**:
- Communicate with customers and solve their billing or account-related issues via live chat and tickets;
- Be a true ambassador, and show our customers what customer obsession is really about;
- Focus on the customers’ success by offering additional services, tools, and products;
- Dive deep into the world of IT by continuously polishing your technical background;
- Deliver impactful work on a company scale.
**What we expect**:
- **C1 or native written English proficiency;**:
- **Strong interpersonal skills such as proactiveness and empathy** (experience in the customer service field is a plus);
- **Hunger for learning, and growing**;
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (5 days a week) in rotating shifts (including nights, and weekends);
- A computer with the following parameters: processor - Intel i5 or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, RAM: 8 GB or higher;
- Ability to boost the internet speed up to 50 Mbps;

- What are your professional goals? What kind of position/activities do you want from now on, considering your previous experiences and your studies?
- Our Customer Success is focused on technical support for hosting services, so IT is something very present in our day-to-day. So, we would like to understand a little better: what interests you in the IT field? What makes you want to work with it every day?
- What is your level of spoken English? The reason why we ask this is that, as we are a global company, our employees must have at least an advanced level so that they can communicate easily both in writing and speaking. Our 1st interview is done in English, and our technical training is 100% in English. With that in mind, how would you rate your level of speaking English (Technical/Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced)?
- Do you have availability from 8AM to 5PM on GMT-3 (Argentina time)? Our training is given during this period, so it is important to check if you would have availability for these hours.
- Are you available to work on pre-defined schedules that include weekends? Our CS specialist work in rotating shifts (morning, day, night). The schedule is made one month in advance and there is always a possibility to say what shifts work best for you. Shift time also includes weekends and national holidays. Is this something that suits you?
- In our CS team, we work with a payment of around 500-700 USD per month, and you also have the option to choose a variable payment option that changes according to your performance. Does this configuration work for you?
