We are looking for an individual who can be highly collaborative and communicative with our existing client base and different internal business functions within the firm. This client facing role drives transformation and innovation across our solutions, elevating our client experience.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

- Supporting the Due Diligence Customer Success Managers in the growth and development of existing clients
- Channel and relay client feedback internally, and escalate issues to the Customer Success Manager as and when appropriate
- Collaborate with internal parties across all business functions, especially in driving rapid resolution on client support issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support the Customer Success Managers by providing first level support to clients for matters related to LSEG full suite of Compliance products
- Support the preparation of various internal and external documents

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree and relevant professional certifications recommended
- Moderate product & workflow expertise and industry knowledge.
- Able to prioritise and plan work activities; use time efficiently
- Able to effectively communicate with all necessary departments to understand workflow of information coming/going to client. Self-starter with ability to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- Highly attentive to details and showing strategic insights in delivery and continuous improvement
