The Customer Success Manager will act as the main point of contact for customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support throughout the customer journeyIdentify customer needs and develop and implement customer retention strategiesMonitor and analyze customer satisfaction data to identify areas for improvementWork closely with other departments to ensure that customer goals and objectives are metProvide regular reports to management on customer satisfaction and retention metricsContinuously improve and update customer onboarding, engagement and education processesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with existing customersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fieldEnglish C1/C23-5 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related fieldStrong understanding of customer service and retention best practicesStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetAbility to multitask and prioritizeProficient in relevant computer software and tools
