Customer Success Manager

This includes identifying customer needs, developing and implementing customer retention strategies, and working closely with other departments to ensure that customer goals and objectives are met. The Customer Success Manager will act as the main point of contact for customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support throughout the customer journey Identify customer needs and develop and implement customer retention strategies Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer goals and objectives are met Provide regular reports to management on customer satisfaction and retention metrics Continuously improve and update customer onboarding, engagement and education processes Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field English C1/C2 3-5 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related field Strong understanding of customer service and retention best practices Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Ability to multitask and prioritize Proficient in relevant computer software and tools
