**Position Overview**

The Solutioning Regions Sr. Analyst position is designed to develop FP&A Reporting and analysis (market share trendings) for both, Regional Office and affiliates. This includes communication with stakeholders globally, consolidation of data and presenting reports of sales performance vs competitors, among others. It is expected to be OneSource face externally, managing and nurturing relationships with main stakeholders inside ELC.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor Retailers performance across the company.
- Support business leaders in day-to-day decision making by providing data in a management-friendly format.
- Generate strategic insights and analysis.
- Find synergies, benchmark processes, reports and activities internally and externally (across Regions)
- Seeks process optimization opportunities.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2.5 Years of experience.
- Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.
- Results Oriented
- Good Stakeholder Management skills
- Self learner
- Microsoft Office and Excel Intermediate or advance level
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good discipline to follow up of new developments and innovation efforts
- Above SLA metrics with good consistency in Quality and Timeliness
