Contracargos, reclamos, conciliaciones, liquidaciones.Definir y mejorar continuamente políticas de gestión de tarjetas que garanticen control de riesgos, experiência del cliente y resultados del negocio.Definir modelo de gestión operativa que garantice puntualidad, productividad, eficiencia, calidad y mejora continua de los procesos y flujos de servicio. Excelencia operacional. Reducción de causa raíz de reclamos e incidencias.Liderazgo, coordinación de acciones y estandarización de operaciones de tarjetas de MFS en países.
Garantizando Puntualidad, calidad, eficiencia.Cumplir con protocolos, normas, regulaciones definidas.Alineación continua con productos y áreas de control, a fin de garantizar una ejecución que acompañe la estrategia.Construir e implementar modelo de información que permita dar visibilidad lo más en tiempo real posible del procesamiento operativo.Gestión de alertas de manera oportuna.Participar en definición de planes de continuidad operativa.Gestión de proveedores.Habilidades Deseables-Capacidad para implementar operaciones de back office de tarjetas.Conocimiento profundo en funcionamiento y ejecución operativa de productos de tarjetas.Conocimiento de procesos ysistemas Visa y gestión de contracargos.Capacidad para definir e implementar modelos de excelencia operacional.Capacidad para realizar análisis de resultados operativos para buscar causa raíz y gestionar mejora continua. -Capacidad para crear un modelo de medición que permita monitorear, controlar y gestionar las operaciones.Capacidad de traducir datos y métricas en comunicación clara de los resultados, el progreso y las acciones. -Excel intermedio.
