What the role isThe sales agent will respond to all reservation requests, information and leads through different channels to achieve budgets in accommodations, F&B, T&T, and Co Work.Your responsibilities are (not limited to): Coordinate reservations by mail, telephone, WhatsApp or central reservation systems referrals.To guide clients in order to convert sales opportunities. Support Sales with reservations requests.Knows room types available as well as their locations and layout.Knows selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.Knows the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation.Prepare letters of confirmation.Sell packages for all locations.Communicate reservation information to the front desk.Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.Processes advance deposits on reservations.Monitors advances deposit requirements.Responsible of collecting or charging reservations when it is needed (payment process).Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in special seasons.Making arrangements for clients travel programs.2 years of experience in call center or hospitality industryExcellent attention to small detailsIntermediate-advanced Excel and Powerpoint Skills and other presentations toolsPassionate about challengesCustomer Service skillsExcellent communication skillsEnglish and Greek advancedWhat can you expectCompetitive salaryNo dress code Pet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly) Multiple online training opportunities Cultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
