This position will report directly to the Finance department and will help to keep updated the developments and initiatives for the team agenda under its responsibility.What you will be doingPerform and calculate the corresponding reports for CCSS, INS and HaciendaCalculate the corresponding bonuses and settlementPrepare and analyze the provision of the invoices that need to be sent to Corporate Accounts Payable for the end of the monthResponsible for the coordination and presentation of end of month reports for the corporate office.Responsible for tracking expenses vs budget variances and report them to the Location manager and the accounting office.Prepare and analyze the accrual of expenses for the end of month.Prepare monthly purchases report for the countries as requestedCash Flow Management.Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practicesAssist with other projects as neededProtects organization's value by keeping information confidential.Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Support the accounting department.What you need for the roleBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business/FinancePayroll experienceLocal labor regulation knowledgeAccounting experienceMinimum of 3 years payroll experienceExperience in a complex payroll environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, SAP & payroll applications
