The Visual Merchandising & Trade Specialist at Pandora LAPAC is responsible for the execution of campaigns and promotional materials across our entire fleet of stores in the market. You will have an instrumental role within our dynamic Marketing organization at Pandora. You will be helping to manage execution and implementation with excellence across all Sales Divisions.
**Your Role as a Visual Merchandising & Trade Specialist**:
- Control and Manage all VM Local printing material processes (supplier, logistics and installations) to align with Latam guidance.
- Manage and control the Local POSM Printing Budget for all VM assets.
- Secure the VM rollout for all local + global campaigns aligned to launch dates. Available to react if any missing element is required to the stores.
- Develop all required VM floor plans for all store formats. Support stores in implementation and feedback.
- Develop VM implementation & tray guidelines (product and visual placement) for all campaigns.
- Share implementation visual reports of each campaign execution.
**What is needed to succeed**:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- **Is a MUST that you have experience and proficiency with InDesign. **Additional design tools proficiency is an added value.
- 3-5 years of solid experience working within Marketing and/or Trade Marketing
- Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry
- Experience from a global organization and multimarket scope
- Successful Project Management capabilities and experience
- **Fluent in English. Japanese and/or Korean language proficiency is a BIG PLUS**:
- Able to perform under pressure, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to be part of a team, set challenging standards, develop strong partnerships, and lead others to action.
