En Cervecería Nacional estamos en la búsqueda de un Premium Trademarketing Specialist

**Responsabilidades**:

- Planificación, creación y ejecución de planes 360 de marca contemplando como baja a cada canal de venta y marketing.
- Proponer estrategias por canal y dirigir su implementación para las marcas del portafolio, en el caso de las Franquicias garantizando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos globales, en el caso de las marcas locales, construyendo nuevas ideas, ejecución y medición de las mismas.
- Proponer planes de mercadeo orientados a incrementar la rentabilidad y posicionamiento de las marcas, coordinando su implementación con todas las áreas involucradas tanto internas: (ventas, trade marketing, supply y finanzas) como externas: (agencias y proveedores).
- Presentación de estrategias y resultados a los ejecutivos de la organización.
- Planeación, creación y ejecución de eventos y experiência de las marcas a cargo, desde el contacto con las agencias y áreas internas requeridas hasta supervisión del montaje y resultados obtenidos.
- Definición y manejo del presupuesto anual de las marcas y nuevos productos a su cargo, garantizando su cumplimiento.
- Apoyar al seguimiento de los proyectos de innovaciones, alineándolos con las necesidades de la marca y los tiempos requeridos para su implementación.
- Identificar las oportunidades y amenazas del segmento objetivo así como del negocio, para generar acciones que sean capitalizables y se conviertan en ventajas competitivas.
- Monitorear los indicadores de rentabilidad de la categoría.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios: Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadeo o carreras afines.
- Experiência: Experiência mínima de 2 años en Trademarketing, Ventas o Marketing en empresas de consumo masivo.
- Habilidades:
Nível avanzado en Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Aptitud para trabajar en equipo, bajo un régimen de trabajo fuerte y desafiante.
Persona dinámica, proactiva, con ganas de aprender y crecer.
Enfocado(a) a resultados y a la búsqueda de información.
Buena capacidad de comunicación, a distintos níveles jerárquicos.
Manejo intermedio de inglés.
Preferible experiência con marcas de bebidas o marcas premium.
