**You are responsible for**
- Support and gather campus intel and build/continuously improve attraction/event strategy for the recruitment year including all campus events and relationship activities in Panama.
- Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with key university stakeholders.- Drive and continuously improve intern activities, create excellent intern experience beyond the learning pathway and proactively promote interns for full time graduate opportunities.
- Identify, select, on-board and manage student ambassadors and rovide guidance on roles and responsibilities.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Student enrolled in a local University studying **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related courses.**
- Currently studying the 2nd or 3rd year of bachelor's degree.
- Passionate person, eager to learn, autonomous, independent;
- Project management skills and continuous improvements mindset;
- Eager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs;
- Excellent analytical and communicational skills
- Intermediate/ Advanced MC Office
- Advanced English both verbal and written;
- Portuguese is desirable
