Besides doing the activities of recruitment (such as competence interviews, screening, etc.) you´ll be involved in Regional Projects that contribute to the continues improvement of the TA strategy. This position has a high impact in our organization, since it’s supposed to represent our corporate values to understand our cultural fit. How you will contribute? You will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers by understanding their business and their needs.
**What You Need Is**: Bachelor's degree completed. 3+ years of recruiting experience; managing end to end processes. Adept user of Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter (desired). Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically, creatively and strategically.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
