**Job Details**:
The Supply Chain Demand Export Analyst (SCDEA) is accountable for the management, communication, deviation control, and corresponding improvement of the Forecast by SKU, Customer, or Country regarding Exports Business and its supply & supplier relationship. This role will be in charge of the analysis, consolidation, reporting, and evaluation of how the customer demand is reflected and supplied across the whole Elanco supply chain network, end-to-end. The SCDEA top priority is to plan a clear roadmap of how to achieve/support the achievement of the affiliate sell-in targets, time & cost to serve, FCA, DOH, Finished Goods working capital, and other relevant KPIs. SCDEA is expected to lead Demand meetings, lead metrics performance, and implement corrective and tracking actions to keep slow moving under control. The information provided by SCDEA will be base for the Commercial Sales Signal in the short term (Export Business) and will be the main source realiable data for planning areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Scope Market: Export Countries.
- Administrate, consolidate, and evaluate Customer Exports Supply & Demand_:

- Ensure reliable and accurate short-term sales forecasts connected to the needs of the commercial area.
- Analyze and elaborate accurate rolling forecasts for mid-term periods, to provide reliable forecasts by SKU to stakeholders.
- Maintain and keep up-to-date projected forecast for 36 months sending the more appropriate planning forward-looking.
- Support/Lead the monthly & quarterly Commercial Supply Chain Planning Review determining the minimum on-hand inventory “ready to be sold” that should be available for Export Business orders independently of Customer Orders.
- Consolidate, report, and improve all related metrics with regards to Export Business Forecasting, Slow Movers and risk of destruction overview by:_
- Be accountable for MD (master data) updating to keep healthy parameters in line with product-customer-country wise.
- Prepare, analyze, and communicate KPI (such as Forecast Accuracy) by Business Unit identifying root causes, improvement actions and mitigation actions.
- Analyze, communicate, and track all actions needed to avoid Slow Movers inventory products by coordinating, escalating, and following up on agreements, tasks, and milestones to offer risk-mitigating actions to the Affiliate which positively impacts cash flow.
- Perform periodic reviews with suppliers and provide feedback to other areas with regard forecast outlook of products that potentially will not meet expected numbers and work in a coordinated way to avoid increasing unnecessary inventory.
- Be accountable for New Product forecasts related to Geo-expansion, Launch or Rationalizations._
- Assure that provided information by Planning about Launching, PCAP or BCs is considering Sell Out Logic, Customer understanding and Country capabilities.
- Being able to adapt Sell In expectations based on Sell Out capabilities taking into consideration MOQs, Pallet split and batch understanding to reduce risks of destruction or risk of wrong sales expectations.
- Lead all proposals with regards to rationalization to optimize our inventory and sales expectations by having clear communication to Planning, Finance and BUs being able to gather a decision and implement outlook actions.
- Accountable for the proper and steady supply of the demand signal:_
- Assessing the inventory storage capabilities of the business.
- Counting and tracking inventory across multiple locations.
- Anticipate stock demands based on current and future insights.
- Analyze and anticipate market constants for best timing to procure stocks.
- Develop tracking tools for inventory management and presenting suggestions to the supply chain manager.
- Ensure the business has a balanced and steady flow of product availability avoiding out of stocks and surplus.
- Suggest changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demand.
- Lead the product customizing operations to secure demand signal.
- Work closely with R.A. to ensure “ready-to-consume” and compliant stocks.
- Strong participation on S&OP being focused on Exports markets by:_
- Reporting related metrics (FCA), historical, improvements, commitments and needed escalations.
