You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.You will: Engage with business owners to coordinate define, scope, and prioritize intake requests according to established guidelinesDevelop business cases that accurately reflect and align with business needs, while providing the necessary details for development workPerform impact analysis of implemented initiatives and demonstrate the value to stakeholdersDrive JIRA tickets to resolution by helping manage follow ups, setting up meetings, providing feedback and direction where necessaryAnalyze marketing automation and integration needs, identify gaps, formulate solutions, implement required configuration changesWork with the regions business contact(s) to establish business benefits, sprint prioritization input, & to ensure continued buy in and adoption of the new solution by the businessEnsure product quality through comprehensive testing and feedback to development teamsCross regional sync with CSB and B2B teams to provide an overall status of initiativesHeres our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
