What you’ll achieve
As a Business Operations Senior Advisor, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.
You will:

- Engage with business owners to coordinate define, scope, and prioritize intake requests according to established guidelines
- Develop business cases that accurately reflect and align with business needs, while providing the necessary details for development work
- Perform impact analysis of implemented initiatives and demonstrate the value to stakeholders
- Drive JIRA tickets to resolution by helping manage follow ups, setting up meetings, providing feedback and direction where necessary
- Analyze marketing automation and integration needs, identify gaps, formulate solutions, implement required configuration changes
- Work with the regions business contact(s) to establish business benefits, sprint prioritization input, & to ensure continued buy in and adoption of the new solution by the business
- Ensure product quality through comprehensive testing and feedback to development teams
- Cross regional sync with CSB and B2B teams to provide an overall status of initiatives
