SÍNTESIS DE LA POSICIÓN:
Responsable en tiempo y calidad del proyecto. Coordinar e integrar todos los aspectos de la ejecución de los proyectos desde su asignación hasta el cierre. Gestionar la relación con los clientes, la coordinación de equipos de trabajo, incluyendo la gestión de la documentación técnica en conjunto con consultores y subcontratistas.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Confeccionar el cronograma del proyecto de acuerdo al contrato
- Establecer y mantener buenas relaciones con los clientes
- Responsable de la confección de agenda de las reuniones y el seguimiento a las mismas.
- Realizar presupuestos estimados para proyectos y comparativa
- Generar minutas y toda la documentación pertinente para la trazabilidad del proyecto
- Garantizar a través de checklist el cumplimiento de cada fase de proyecto y su calidad.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los hitos del contrato y su cronograma.
- Elaborar y gestionar las aprobaciones del cliente de órdenes de cambio y otros documentos que generen adendas.
- Presentar el cierre de fases
- Gestionar y coordinar a los subcontratistas
- Gestionar y coordinar las cotizaciones de proveedores
- Coordinar a todos los profesionales involucrados en la consecución del trabajo de cada proyecto.

**Requisitos**:

- +8 años de Experiência en el ámbito de la arquitectura.
- Licenciatura en arquitectura.
- Grado de maestría en el área de arquitectura.
- Dominio escrito y hablado del idioma inglés.
- Uso de software 2d/3d (AutoCAD y Revit), así como de Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint y Project).
