Visual Identity Standards Manager

Main Purpose:
The Visual Identity Standard Manager for LATAM is responsible for ensuring the consistent application and execution of the brand's visual identity across all gas stations in the region. This role includes oversight of the design and implementation of all visual branding elements. The VIS Manager is expected to spend ~40% of the time on field reviews/inspections of Visual Identity at retail sites in LATAM region.

Ensure that all branding and structure in current or ongoing projects, initiatives, and processes are conducted in conformance with Puma's established policies and objectives. Project management activities are executed in accordance with established contract requirements, budgets, and schedules to achieve project timely completion within budget. Develop, maintain, and enforce company standards for physical structure and visual identity across all gas stations in Latin America. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand appearance and compliance with corporate guidelines. Research and analyze the characteristics of equipment and materials markets available and suggest the most appropriate resources for a project. Research products and services to make sound financial decisions. Conduct regular audits at the service stations to assess compliance with visual identity standards, noting areas of non-compliance and working with station managers to develop and implement corrective actions. Management presentation of field audits. Maintains database of open items and tracks progress toward resolution Provide training and support to station managers and staff on visual identity standards and best practices. Liaise with external stakeholders, including architectural firms, signage suppliers, and construction contractors, to ensure compliance with company standards.Requirements:
Experience:
Undergraduate University Degree in Industrial, Civil Engineering or other Engineering discipline. Architect (preferred) 3-4 + years of experience, preferably related to visual branding project management related. Experience establishing and promoting best practices to help improve project visibility and predictability. Previous supervisory and management experience is preferred. Willing to travel 50% of the time.Skills:
Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office is required. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills is required Knowledge and understanding of project monitoring and reporting systems; practical experience with documentationCompetencies:
