You'll be responsible for the end to end process execution and compliance of the accounting processes for all organizations in your scope.We're on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touchWhat you'll doEnsure proper process execution and compliance of all record to report processes, which includes Month End Closure, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, Trial Statement Review, Balance Sheet Review and Journal Vouchers). Manage, own and optimize the process end-to-end.Safeguard the compliance with accounting standards and regulations (Signify Accounting Principles, IFRS, local regulations, directives).Execute and review internal controls related to your domain in a timely and accurate manner.Manage and support internal and external audits.Continuously look for improvements and implement quick wins, focusing on innovation and automation.Be the champion in problem solving, understanding root causes of issues, implementing countermeasures, and embedding the new way of working.What you'll needBachelors' in Accounting, CPA, or ACCA certified, Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration is a plus.5+ years of related accounting experience in end-to-end finance and accounting processes.Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean) would be a plus.Fluent in English is mandatory.Experience in working in a multinational and complex matrix organization.Experience in shared services and in monitoring a service provider.Proven track record in safeguarding the financial integrity.Excellent knowledge of IFRS and ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, Blackline, Runbook, AICO.10% Travel to Texas, USA when needed.What you'll get in return We're offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
