El cargo de Value Added Consultant tiene como principal objetivo ser el responsable de la coordinación y ejecución de las tareas técnicas y operativas de proyectos de los clientes. Adaptar el sistema SAP y los diferentes Add Ons a las necesidades del cliente.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Analizar el funcionamiento interno de la compañía cliente y recomendar las mejoras necesarias para el óptimo uso de SAP B1.
- Adaptar el sistema SAP y los diferentes Add Ons a las necesidades del cliente.
- Realizar las capacitaciones requeridas por el cliente y trasladar exámenes de evaluación de conocimiento, sobre el producto y el proceso operativo.
- Colaborar con la documentación de especificaciones de usuario y de ejecución del proyecto en cada una de sus fases.
- Ser el consultor de apoyo en proyectos claves, realizar tareas de desarrollo de personalizaciones, reportes o capacitaciones.
- Cumplir con los tiempos y estándares de calidad definidos en las tareas asignadas.
- Realizar todas aquellas tareas relacionadas con él área y que estén acorde a sus conocimientos y capacidades.

**Formación academica**:
Bachiller en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Administración de Empresas o afín.

**Experiência laboral**:
+2 años brindando servicios de atención a clientes, elaboración de reportes, capacitaciones y con conocimiento en Bases de Datos, contabilidad y manejo de estructuración de procesos empresariales.

**Conocimientos técnicos**:

- Certificado SAP BO.
- Conocimiento en bases de datos.
- Bilingüe deseable.
