Selina was born out of a desire to celebrate the nomadic lifestyle: to experience our planet’s most beautiful places, to build community, to engage with locals and fellow travelers, to work and enjoy new adventures.What the role isReporting to the VP Strategy, the Investor Relations Sr. Analyst / Director will be a leading member of the Investor Relations and function, working closely with key departments across Selina as well as members of the Company’s leadership team, including CEO, CFO and others. The role will be responsible for managing the flow of information between Selina, the investment community, shareholders and other stakeholders and helping to develop and maintain strong and transparent relationships with these partners.
**What you will be doing**: Craft all communications with the investment community regarding the Company’s business model, operating results and business strategyBuild and develop relationships with equity research analysts, investment banks and institutional investors Manage all aspects of investor marketing, including core processes to build and maintain our investor database and CRMManage the Company’s participation in investor and analyst events such as conferences, meetings, non-deal roadshows Create and maintain various investor marketing materialsBuild all aspects of quarterly earnings—including preparation of quarterly financial press releases, conference call scripts, Q&A documents, investor presentations, board presentations and other associated materials; assist in drafting annual and quarterly SEC filingsWhat you need for the role: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative disciplineMinimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience, preferably in sell side research, investor relations, investment banking, private equity, corporate developmentor other position involving financial analysisSelf-motivated and proactive individual with an ability to work independentlyStrong analytical and quantitative skills including financial modeling experienceStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple, parallel responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and a genuine passion for excellenceTeam player with positive attitude and pro-active approach to workStrong interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships and work with professionals around and outside the organizationWhat can you expectCompetitive salary Performance bonus No dress code and remote working arrangements Pet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly) Multiple online training opportunities Cultural events and wellness activities at locationsSelina experience discounts on your stays, food and fun for you, your friends and your family (you can expect to become even more popular among your friends)Have your birthday offExtra country-specific benefits;
